Annual General Meeting Notice 2019

AGM NOTICE

The Queensland Local Government Reform Alliance Inc will hold its 2019 Annual General Meeting at 09:00 ET on Saturday, 7 September 2019. The AGM will be held at the QCWA Hall 5 Victoria Street, Stanthorpe Qld 4380.

CALL FOR AGENDA ITEMS

Matters for consideration (including motions) at the AGM can now be submitted to the Secretary secretary@qlgra.org.au for inclusion in the agenda. All items and motions must be received by close of business (COB) Friday, 23 August. Any matters not notified by this time may be put to the vote if they are to be included after the deadline.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: QLGRA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The Queensland Local Government Reform Alliance Inc Executive Committee is seeking nominations for the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Membership Officer, Information Technology Officer and Members-at-Large (x 3). Elections for Executive Committee members will take place at the Queensland Local Government Reform Alliance Inc Annual General Meeting on Saturday, 7 September 2019 in Stanthorpe.

Nominations must be forwarded and seconded by members in good standing of Queensland Local Government Reform Alliance Inc, and should be forwarded directly to the Secretary at secretary@qlgra.org.au
